Once 50 members are established then we can start nominating Candidates for ballot endorcements for sitting with the caucus.
Party does not nominate executive or legal branch office, no council candidate may be a lawyer, but all 50 can be Candidates 
if the platform isn't a problem for you in most cases.  Personal platforms would be gratis, and considered in decision, party 
founder must declare support for nomination.
