003. Basic Principles.
003.000 The Party believes that no one; meaning individual; may or shall be deprived of life, liberty, property; including intellectual property, or privacy without due process and that even extends itself to the request of a warrant read by the suspect. No secret courts. Even Warrants may be contested.
003.001 The Party believes that, even know all laws are based on morality, not all laws or morals can be enforced if it means violating the morals of privacy rights. The Party believes that the government has no business prying into a home or obtaining evidence from a private residence or property without just cause; suggesting more than a ratting out or circumstantial instance. Nor can private immoral acts with a consenting adults be prosecuted without violating the basic rights of the individual; now this on some direct wave length. If a man or woman complains and has proof of being the victim of the other’s debauchery through cheating or some sort of mushroom cloud effect hits it may be possible. But to put it simply no law may supersede the rights or law of privacy.
003.001 (a): The definition of private or voluntary arbitration here is a privately executed or requested prosecution or civil discution leading to a reasonable end, also something that is possible, if deemed impossible it has failed by default. It does not include obsurd use of lawsuits and lawyers. The Party also supports the plain language project, to ban any legalese and verbose language in laws and bills before legislatures. 003.002 The Party believes the government should do for people what they can not do for themselves; this means only repayable safety nets without interest but an added percentage (10%) to the sum given and possible billing fees like a membership to the billing program, sewer, roads, mail room, emergency and police service and basic streamlined administration. Government is for the services that are collectively used by all, not for those that are used by some, most or a few.
003.003 The Party supports a precinct system for policing; borough to borough, neighbourhood to neighbourhood.
003.004 The Party supports freedom of speech and does not support arts and business funding. This allows for government to select voices that are allowed to speak and the voices not and who gets to speak the loudest.
003.005 The Party recognises the right of the family unit to exist, but not trample on the rights of the single individual; a family defined as people related by blood, marriage, adoption, or Clergy to Layman relationship (Clergy being family to all men and women); the party defines marriage between two people of the opposite gender, separate families, joined together under God and government paperwork, how ever they choose to worship him.
003.006 The Party believes in decisive political action and relies on republican elections, not direct democracy and referendums. It supports of a system of Wards that converge in borough meetings where they vote in front of a Borough Advocate who brings the votes to the Mayor, including their own single vote; this is in case of a tie breaker. The mayor would also be elected by winning Boroughs by winning most of the ward points (each ward being worth one.). It may support a Candidate Transferable Vote, to give on the lent votes to a Candidate in the election to be passed to a second choice after the election by a Candidate to have a 50+1% Elected office.
003.007 The Party believes in Independent non-legislative branch office candidacy and will not run a Candidate for anything other than a Councillor or County Representative or anything above any other legislative or on the side of such office.
003.008 The Party believes in an elected county government.
003.009 The Party opposes the parks board and school board and thinks that if anything the only public property should be a road or pipe and the rest should be rented by the government. As for education a voucher based system that exists like an interest free loan with billing fees is okay and keeps the government as out of education affairs as possible; leaves the doctrine choices to the parent; the voucher would have a 10% fee added to tuition.
003.010 The Party opposes espionage, national policing, and related activities. Only liasons like Federal Martials for extradition and inter-state or inter-province mediation and emergency rural man hunt aide.
003.011 The Party does not subscribe to, or support any behaviour and thought modification policies and refuses to support any authoritarian belief structure. It is not a friend or member or ever be owned legally by Scientology or any other Cult or even a Religion.
003.012 The Party opposes consumption and sin taxes; it also opposes all federal taxes except tariffs and excise taxes on foreign goods.
003.013 The Party supports humour in political campaigns and opposes any and all corruption. All Candidates should be considered under a perjury oath.
003.014 The Party believes that stripping and prostitution are two different things and believes heavily in keeping strip clubs from being made into brothels or both.
003.015 The Party opposes spending tax dollars on business bail outs and grants to any business, art, entertainment, sporting event, or humanity.
003.016 The Party believes in open nomination processes and nominate one candidate from one resident member of each ward, or if an Advocate is decided as nominatable at some point borough, if you are a member and have a 10 dollar (not surpass) filling fee and live in the riding you have ballot access. If more than 10 Councillors candidates in current 1996-2002 at-large system, than a second round will decide whether to add all candidates to the ballot to make a point, or whether or not to pick 010 out ??? candidates to run. 1st round nominations are to be held a year before the election, other rounds can be run off related. The Party has no Mayor Candidate, all members are to run independently if they wish. No nominee or nomination seekers may have a nomination given to them, nor should they accept outside endorcements from other organizations; such as unions, corps, etc... only individual voter support and funds
003.017 The Party believes that a registered party’s nomination should be enough to nominate them (requiring signatures to register a party for election) and additional paper work is ridiculous; may as well have no parties. Also that independents should be requested no signatures to no more than 2 (possibly Candidate and Recieving election agent.
003.018 The Party believes in an elected County government, as opposed to the GVRD like system there is now; A County Controllers, Sheriff, Attorney General, Controller and Auditor.
003.019 The Party believes in an elected police commissioner as opposed to a police board and the commissioner can be fired by the Mayor for proven misconduct only and in any other case is a case of election cycles.
003.020 Culture, Gender, Race, Colour or any [other] special interest Baiting Is Not Permitted By The Party; Nor Is any other form of racism, colorism, sexism or culturalism. Gender differences are recognised however, to the point where things can be deemed sexist by ignoring such a thing.
003.021 Principle must not be discarded and there is no room for pragmatism, only practicality. Nothing is just principle and not practice, it’s both. 100% consistency and 0% Hypocracy is tolerated by CREED or The Republican-Liberty Party. It is understood that 100% agreement is impossible so, 95% agreement with the principles is understood, but is best made clear; Candidates should never use the principles here as a way to avoid voter questions.
003.022 The Party believes in the separation of church and a specific religion from state; not a non-denominational God. Someone saying God should not be arrested in a government building, someone selling God should be. No state should further or prevent the practice of any faith, God is faith Generic to the Party.
003.023 CREED Opposes state money and land going to any religious or non-religious event that 100% of the taxpayers are not proven to be in support of; it also opposes any meetings between clergy and politicians that do not concern the complaints of religious rights violations or the nomination of clergy or separate branch members, such as legal for legislator and legislator for executive and so on; the party is anti-monarhist and does not recognize the supremissy of royalty or any skin color or race. Clergy should also be barred from voting for state autonomy, also party membership and endorcement.
003.024 The Party opposes all use of roads and sidewalks for protests and marches; no one’s free flow of traffic should be blocked because some egotist thinks their opinion is more important than you reaching the bus in time.
003.025 The Party opposes rape 100%, rapists are not welcome as members or donors or as candidates. One place we have zero tolerance is with sociopaths who have been convicted beyond a reasonable doubt or confess without coersion.. Nor do we approve of anyone getting off easy after being proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt or confess without coersion. Background checks are not easy, but it's unwanted. The Party supports rapists and serial killers spending all life and burial in jail. It believes that bad behaviour should make the day in jail not count per count and if any more time can not be added, this is when corporal punishment may be considered, no death penalty.
003.026 The Party opposes the war on drugs, the drug war and the does not advocate the legalization of them or "decriminalization" especiallly for sin tax or fine reasons. It sees the war on drugs and the drug war as two sides played by the same team, the NSA's CIA and even MI5 and 6 and other espial organizations; the drug war is fought over turf and the war on drugs is icing the competition, and on top of this they use behaviour modification in psychiatric hospitals and wings of hospitals to push pills in their spychiatric agenda; Schitzophrenia or "thought disorders" are an excuse designed by the "drug warriors" to push pills. The Party opposes brain survaillance and the punishment of thoughts and oppose the "treatment" of thoughts, freedom of thought is a right and no one should be allowed to mess with that right. The party expands it's opposition to drugs to additives in beer and booze that do not occur naturally in the brewiing and distilling process. It also extends it to the smoking of any substance including, but not limited to tobacco. Drugs and War on Drugs/Drug War are two separate issues. The War on Terror is also opposed and all other over zelous policing.
003.027 The Party is willing to separate the city or bring the charter and possibly re-establish a new Vancouver Municipal Constitution if need be. On modeled after the US Constitution as appliable to the level of Government, especially the US Bill of Rights.
003.028 The Party is opposed to abortion, but it also recognized the issue of who to blame; does one blame the victim of a rape or a rapist for the murder of the unborn? This is one of many questions on the subject that get ignored always in the debate. EVen doctors taking advantage of the mentally or temporarily incompetant (Fraud). All gruesome details should be added to the sales of abortion services, only informed concent. *I, the founder, think that lieing about penis size may be a mislead into bed. Fraud or Coersion is wrong and applies to sodomy and rape with synthetic or organic foreign object.
003.029 The Party is opposed to having the olympics ever, it's just too much at once, keep it, greco-roman wrestling and gay marriage in greece thank you. Marriage is seen as a courtship not to be provided for by state employee led ceramony, only for sacrament and name change disclosure to authenticate religion status as consistent with theology and claim. All religion should have a fully disclosed theology and liturgy. No religion should allow their Clergy a life not pledged to poverty or be known as a cult. Science in the matter of courtship and love is the union of physical opposits and therefore has a Scientific opposition to Gay Marriage and believes in no state marriage benefits, and that a wife not testifying against a Husband is the recognition of religious rights when a faith recognizes the spouses as being one flesh; a self incrimination protection. *Founder: Yeah I saw Matt. 19. One wonders why it's not considered too prejudicial either way to have family as a witness.
003.030 The Party is opposed to the stock market and sees it as gambling, not business or capitalism, capitalism is where you make money selling goods andd services, not betting on corporate production that usually leads to the loss of profit, while over done. The party also opposes all gambling, especially government gambling, or taxing. All this does is enable greed and pick the bones of the enabled. The party opposes enabling crime and immoral acts as much as persecution of such. It also opposes sin taxes; including basic consumption taxes, nothing is better when the government gets a cut, this actually makes things worse. Chance only exists as a meaningless word, and as a fraud against the reality of causality. All loss/won averages should at least be disclosed, sort of like a leader board; W/L/D for both sum of visitors and casino in dollars and not be allowed maze and/or fickering light and sound designs of psych manipulation. Frankly too many regulations are needed.
003.031 The Party is opposed to land and consumption tax and taxes on producers and distributors of uncensored arts, entertainment and humanities; such things would be censorship. We oppose land taxes; it's believed that a caped 1% income tax and possible user fees on street side parking, vehicle ground force, weight and tire treads are options for this, as well as other options relating to bill payment sharing in a neighbourhood (road and sewer work) and even user fees where it can be placed without basic rights being violated. Why be banned from lowering, when you can pay a permit fee for it.
003.033 The Party is strictly opposed to lingering rusty shit lieing around in rust yards and other massively fuming pollutants such as bad exhaust that come from cars like that of the muscle veriety; funny how you see a lot of them around an "energy crisis." *Mild environmental policy*
003.034 The Party opposes Eco(nomic) Density, any form of City Density, and Urban Sprawl. A medium ground, parasite limited, reasoned policy is needed, no 1 bedroom should be smaller than 800 square feet and reasonable sound proof thick walls for privacy. Zoning is a primary concern, but dense housing is mad. Evil arthropods and evil doing people love it and are born from it. 003.035 The Party is strictly United States Constitutionalist, and believes as the document’s founders did within the document.
